About the Marketing Event of Jantech Company
Jantech Company, active in the home appliances sector, invited its sales representatives from various provinces across the country to Tehran for a special corporate event. This ceremony was held with the aim of introducing new yearly programs, honoring top-performing salespeople, and strengthening internal organizational relationships.
After arriving in Tehran, the guests were transferred to their accommodation in the Fasham area via dedicated transportation. The Yarandi Event team had arranged all hospitality services for approximately 50 guests according to hotel standards, including blankets, towels, shampoo, and other essential amenities.
Event Kickoff:
The event began at 11:00 AM with a welcome drink reception. Afterward, the guests took commemorative photos in front of the specially designed logowalls. Lunch was then served buffet-style, featuring a diverse menu provided by Yarandi Event's exclusive catering.
After lunch, a break was scheduled for the guests to rest, followed by the official portion of the ceremony.
Official Program Segment:
During this segment, the CEO of Jantech Company, Mr. Hamed Manzavi, presented a report on the achievements of the past year and outlined the strategic plans for the new year. Top-performing salespeople were also honored during this session. Following this, the company’s sales manager introduced the new year's sales objectives and presented the updated product portfolio.
Entertainment and Informal Segment:
After the conclusion of the speeches, the atmosphere transitioned to a more relaxed and friendly setting, allowing guests to interact and engage in conversations. Various recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, hand football, ping pong, and other group games were made available for the attendees.
Throughout the day, diverse catering services were continuously provided, including finger foods, a mezze table, hookah bar, traditional tea house, and various traditional snacks.
Evening Program and Accommodation:
In the evening portion of the event, live music performances and a DJ set created a joyful atmosphere for the guests. Additionally, one of the highlights of the dinner was the live serving of Turkish kebabs.
At the end of the night, the guests were accommodated at the Fasham residence, and the following morning they were served a full self-service breakfast.

The professional barista and bartender team from Yarandi Event was present at the ceremony, serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages live, tailored to guests' preferences. They played a key role in creating a unique and delightful atmosphere.
Gamified Team Activities
To enhance interaction and create joyful moments among guests, a series of purposeful group games were designed and executed. This segment was one of the highlights of the event and received high praise from participants.
Live Music and Evening Program
In the final segment of the event, the live music team and the exclusive DJ created an intimate and energetic atmosphere with captivating and upbeat performances. The combination of live music, a Turkish kebab live-cooking station, and recreational facilities ensured a memorable evening for all guests.
