About the Viny Event
In this project, the Yarandi Event team took full responsibility for the design, planning, and execution of a unique celebration for the milestone of Viny Vidz's YouTube channel reaching one million subscribers. This event was designed with a focus on branding, guest experience, and memorable content creation and was executed with complete success.
Main Objectives of the Event:
Hosting an official celebration for the major achievement of reaching one million subscribers
Strengthening the Viny Vidz brand in the minds of its digital audience and community
Producing professional photo and video content for distribution across various platforms
Creating a unique experience for guests through creative theming, premium catering, and direct brand interaction
Challenges and Execution Strategies
One of the key challenges of this project was selecting the right date and time to ensure maximum attendance. Considering time constraints and the presence of well-known digital figures, precise and flexible planning was necessary.
The choice of location was inspired by a popular quote from one of the Viny Vidz characters — “Anything below Velenjak is canceled.” This led to selecting a unique venue located above the Velenjak area in Tehran, aligning perfectly with the Viny brand identity while offering an exclusive feel for the guests.
Branded Decoration and Space Design
For the event setup and decoration, branding elements were purposefully integrated. All decoration components included:
Branded graphic stands, roll-ups, foam boards, and pop-ups
Customized floral arrangements in red (inspired by YouTube’s primary color)
Specially designed mirrors, event entrances, and guest walkways – all crafted to align with the visual identity of Viny Vidz and the YouTube platform.
Interactive Guest Experience at the Event
Rather than presenting a one-way formal event, we centered the experience around guest interaction with the space and the brand:
A uniquely designed catwalk for guest appearances and capturing exclusive photos and videos
Interactive mirrors and points for personal photo and video creation
Special welcome drinks branded with the YouTube logo and theme
On-site bartenders and baristas serving hot and cold beverages
Individually plated lunch and dinner alongside a variety of hot and cold finger foods
Content Creation and Capturing Viny’s Event Moments
All stages of the Viny Vidz event were documented by our professional photo and video team. These visuals were later published as a short documentary and used across social media and the YouTube platform.
Speech and Audience Interaction
During part of the event, Viny delivered a heartfelt speech about the channel’s growth journey, challenges, and future goals. The event also included segments where Viny freely interacted with guests, generating valuable content for release.
