About the Internal Corporate Event for Saman Bank Managers
Saman Bank held a special internal event attended by 50 of its senior managers. This gathering was designed to mark the start of the new business year, outline strategic plans, and strengthen internal relationships among the leadership team, fostering collaboration and unity.
The event was organized and executed by the Human Resources department of Saman Bank, in close collaboration with the Yarandi Event team, which handled all planning, logistics, and coordination.
The program began at 8:00 AM with a self-service breakfast provided by Yarandi Event. After breakfast, attendees were guided to a theater-style setup for the team-building games and gamification segment. This part of the program aimed to enhance engagement and team spirit among managers. A series of speeches and interactive sessions followed, all designed to foster synergy and a stronger organizational culture.
Midway through the day, guests enjoyed a delightful break that included a hot and cold buffet, fruit cocktails, desserts, and beautifully arranged finger foods. Afterwards, attendees returned to the games area, and the event concluded with a customized self-service lunch menu.

Designing Welcome Cards
Several print items were designed and produced specifically for this event. Among them were personalized branded welcome cards placed on each guest’s plate to create a warm and professional first impression.
Design of Pop-Up and Roll-Up Advertising Displays
Yarandi Event handled the design, printing, and installation of all branding visuals, including roll-up banners and branded pop-up displays, to align with the event’s visual identity.

The event began with a self-service breakfast, followed by a variety of gourmet finger foods and snacks, all prepared by Yarandi’s exclusive catering team. The event concluded with a buffet-style lunch based on a custom menu.
Barista and Bartender Services
A dedicated barista and bartender team served both hot and cold beverages live during the event, preparing drinks based on each guest's preference, adding a touch of luxury and personalization.

As per the client’s request, Yarandi Event designed a minimal yet elegant setup. From floral arrangements to seating layout and video wall installation, every detail was executed precisely as discussed in planning sessions.

To create a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere, a live music performance was arranged. The music added warmth and energy to the gathering, transforming it into a truly memorable experience.
